I’m Val, and my goal is to help you live life comfortably, move freely and enjoy life. As a registered massage therapist, kinesiologist and posturologist in High River, I utilize each of these modalities to craft customized solutions to help reduce your discomfort and feel better!

Massage:
I blend therapeutic and relaxation techniques. I do not practice the NO PAIN NO GAIN mentality because nobody ever calms down by being yelled at to calm down, and I believe it is the same for our bodies and muscles. If you are ready to explore relief, please book a massage below.

Posturology:
